1. Return & Exchange Policy

In the unlikely event that a purchased product is defective upon delivery, please contact us in accordance with the policy below. Returns and exchanges are available.
Please note that returns for customer convenience are only accepted for items purchased from the Harry Potter Shop Online Japan, under the conditions set forth in this policy

2. Return & Exchange of Defective Products
  • Conditions:
    Returns and exchanges are available for unused products found to have initial defects such as damage, dirt, or malfunction, provided you contact us in accordance with this policy within 3 months of the purchase date.

  • Required at the time of return or exchange:
    ・Purchase receipt (or order number for purchases made through Harry Potter Shop Online Japan)
    ・Photos of the product or the defective part
  • Response:
    ・Exchange:
    As a general rule, exchanges will be made for the same product (shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by us).
    ・Refund:
    If an exchange is not possible due to stock availability, or if you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a refund will be issued after the defective product is collected.
    Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (any handling fees for the refund will be borne by us). Please note that for certain payment methods, refunds may be issued in cash due to system constraints.
  • Products not eligible for return or exchange:
    ・Used products (including products that have been washed or cleaned)
    ・Products damaged or soiled after purchase or delivery due to customer handling
    ・Products altered or modified by the customer, including repairs
    ・Products with damage limited to protective packaging (such as boxes or plastic cases) where the product itself is not affected
    ・Products purchased from parties other than us
3. Return Due to Customer Convenience (for purchases made from Harry Potter Shop Online Japan only)
  • Conditions:
    Returns due to customer convenience, such as “different from expected” or “wrong size,” are available only for products purchased from Harry Potter Shop Online Japan, provided you contact us in accordance with this policy within 14 days of the purchase date.
