At the Backlot Café inside the tour, we offer an afternoon tea experience where you can immerse yourself in the world of the Harry Potter film series.

In addition, during the special event period (18th March – 6th September), don’t miss the themed afternoon tea inspired by Harry’s shopping list when he goes to Diagon Alley with Hagrid.

Diagon Alley Shopping List Afternoon Tea 7,500 JPY（Tax included）

Inspired by the thrilling moment of taking the first step into the wizarding world, this afternoon tea carefully recreates the atmosphere of the cobblestone streets of Diagon Alley—where Harry and Hagrid once walked—through delicate sweets and richly flavored savory dishes.

Please note: Guests who make an advance reservation online will receive one complimentary welcome cocktail or mocktail per person.

  • Mini Hedwig Cake
    Hedwig transformed into an adorable mini cake made with rich chocolate brownie.
  • Wand Churros
    Churros dough is carefully piped into a thin shape to recreate a magical wand.
  • Cassis Orangette Cake
    A three-layer cake featuring cassis mousse, cocoa sponge, and orange mousse.

【Middle Plate】

    • Chocolate Berry Trifle
      A trifle inspired by the chocolate and raspberry ice cream that Hagrid gives Harry in Diagon Alley.
    • Cauldron Cream Puff
      A cream puff shaped like a large cauldron, filled generously with rich matcha cream.
    • Trunk Cookie Sandwich
      A cookie sandwich inspired by a travel trunk. The salted caramel cream pairs perfectly with the crispy cookies.

    Duck pâté wrapped in pastry crust. The hint of orange adds a refreshing finish.
  • Chilled Tomato Soup
    A gazpacho-style tomato soup, perfect for summer.

    A cocoa cone shaped like a pointed hat, topped with dill and salmon tartare.
  • Molly’s Sandwich Selection
    Two types of sandwiches made with bread inspired by the stone walls of Diagon Alley. Filled with avocado and shrimp, as well as corned beef—something Ron isn’t particularly fond of.

How to Purchase

Option 1: Purchase on the Day of Your Visit (Afternoon Tea)

How to Purchase: On the day of your Studio Tour visit, please come to the Backlot Café and inform a café staff member that you would like to enjoy the Afternoon Tea.
Price (tax included): ¥7,500
Notes:
・During the special “Invitation from Hogwarts” period, the Diagon Alley Shopping List Afternoon Tea will be served.
・The Afternoon Tea is available only for guests who hold a valid Studio Tour Tokyo admission ticket.
・Quantities are limited each day.

Option 2: Advance Purchase on the official website (Afternoon Tea Package)

A limited-edition package that includes both the Studio Tour ticket and the Afternoon Tea.
Guests who purchase online will receive one complimentary drink per person — your choice of cocktail or a mocktail.
This package is available in limited quantities for afternoon admission only.

Price (tax included): Adults: ¥13,700 and up / Middle-aged children: ¥12,600 and up / Children: ¥11,200 and up
Notes:
・Available for visits through June 30, 2026 (Tuesday).
・Applicable tickets: Tours starting between 12:30 and 14:30.
・Ticket prices vary throughout the year. Please check the ticket purchase page for details.
・Please ensure that all visitors in your party have purchased their Afternoon Tea Package tickets at least 72 hours prior to y
our selected tour time.
・Bookings are available for one or more visitors. A fee applies for each visitor aged 4 and above.
・Visitors who have booked the Afternoon Tea Package are supposed to enjoy Afternoon Tea at the Backlot Café at least 3 hours before the Studio Tour closes. (Example: If the tour closes at 19:00 on your reservation date, please arrive by 16:00. )
・Details regarding July and onwards will be announced on this page as soon as they are confirmed.

Common Notes for Options 1 & 2

・The seating time is 90 minutes, and the last drink order is 30 minutes before the end of the session.
・During the special “Invitation from Hogwarts” period, the Diagon Alley Shopping List Afternoon Tea will be served.
・Items may become unavailable or sales may end without prior notice.
・Menu items, presentation, and prices are subject to change without notice.
・Please refrain from consuming food purchased at Backlot Café within the Afternoon Tea area.
