*Dinner at Hogwarts ticket holders may enter the Studio Tour between 12:00 and 15:00 on the day of the event. (Please note: this is a regular Studio Tour experience shared with general visitors. Entry outside this time window is not permitted.)
*After the regular tour, please return to the lobby by 17:15 for the event reception.

Ticket Information

  • After purchasing your ticket, a notification email will be sent to the representative’s registered email address from [email protected]. If you do not receive the email at least three weeks before the event date, please contact our Visitor Services team.
  • For any dietary requirements or food allergies, please contact us by email at [email protected] no later than Tuesday 18 November 2025. Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.
  • Alcohol will not be served to guests under the age of 20 or to those who plan to drive home after the event.
  • Guests arriving by car must purchase a parking ticket in advance. Please note that alcohol will not be served to guests who drive to the venue.
  • Tickets can be purchased for 1 to 4 people.
  • Tickets are available only for guests aged 18 and over. Please note that no Tickets are available for those aged 17 years or under).
  • Dress code: Smart Casual
    • Men: Collared shirt, trousers, and closed-toe shoes
    • Women: Modest clothing suitable for a smart casual setting
      *Please refrain from wearing beach sandals, overly casual jeans, or shorts.
  • Following the dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the tour. For the best experience, we recommend wearing comfortable footwear.
  • Film-themed costumes are also welcome!

Upon Your Arrival

  • Please have your ticket ready when arriving at the Studio Tour. If driving, show your e-ticket or booking confirmation at the car park entrance.
  • Dinner Event ticket holders may enter the Studio Tour between 12:00 and 15:00 on the event day, before the reception begins. Please note that entry outside these hours is not permitted, and you must return to the lobby by 17:15 for the event reception.
  • Bag and belonging checks will take place before the entry. Please allow extra time.
  • One ticket per guest is required for entry. We kindly ask for your understanding that guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend.
