Dinner at Hogwarts – Terms and Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions relate to ‘Dinner at Hogwarts’ (the “Event”). The Event is run by Warner Bros. Studios Japan LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) and takes place from Wednesday 18th June through Friday 20th June 2025 at Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter, 1-1-7, Kasuga-cho, Nerima-ku, Tokyo (the “Venue”).
  2. These terms and conditions are in addition to   our Ticket Terms of Purchase and Tour Rules, Operation Policy and Privacy Policy and together set out all the terms and conditions that relate to the Event (together the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully, in particular terms relating to health and safety at the Venue, before buying a ticket for the Event (“Ticket”). By buying a Ticket, you and your guests (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
  3. Tickets may only be purchased from our website (www.wbstudiotour.jp).All Tickets shall be sold on a first-come first-served basis. The sales period for Tickets is from Thursday 15th May 2025, until one week before each Event date, or until sold out.
  4. One (1) Ticket (aged 18 years or over only) costs fifty-eight thousand yen (¥58,000) including tax. Please note that no Tickets are available for those aged 17 years or under. One (1) Ticket permits one (1) person to attend the Event. When purchasing Tickets, you must specify which day you wish to attend on either Wednesday 18th June 2025, Thursday 19th June 2025, or Friday 20th June 2025. Dates subject to availability.
  5. You may purchase multiple Tickets up to a total maximum of four (4) Tickets per transaction.
  6. Once acquired, it will be necessary to contact our Visitor Services team here by 4th June 2025 for you to change the day of attendance at the Event. A charge of one thousand five hundred yen (¥1,500) including tax will be applied every time a booking is changed. We are under no obligation to issue refunds where the day of attendance at the Event cannot be changed as requested due to availability.
  7. Once acquired, whether by purchase or on a complimentary basis, Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and void if altered. Tickets that we reasonably suspects have been transferred or altered shall not be honoured. Tickets are not for resale. Any such resale shall have the effect of rendering that Ticket void.
  8. Only Tickets purchased directly from us are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.
  9. Tickets for the Event are inclusive of everything stated in the event description (https://www.wbstudiotour.jp/en/dinner-at-hogwarts/) but do not include anything not listed above, including without limitation, accommodation or spending money.
  10. Following purchase of Tickets, you shall be contacted via email requesting that you provide any dietary requirements by 4th June 2025. Dietary requirements, which we will use reasonable efforts to satisfy, must be communicated by email using the following address: events@wbstudiotour.jp.
  11. Please note that we refuse to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of twenty (20) or to anyone who will be driving, in accordance with Japanese law. At any time during the Event, our staff and security shall have the right to ask you to produce valid proof of age identification. We may refuse to serve alcoholic drinks to anyone who fails to prove that you are twenty (20) years of age or over and/or who appears to be intoxicated.
  12. You shall not be allowed to consume food and beverages outside the designated areas in the Venue.
  13. We reserve the right to immediately remove anyone without liability or compensation who fails to comply with the Terms.
  14. We and our affiliates are not responsible for any theft or other damage to your personal belongings. You are advised to leave your personal belongings in the lockers or the cloakroom. You are responsible for your own valuables.
  15. We and our affiliates, agents, partners and/or other third parties authorised by us (together, “Partners”) may create motion pictures, still photographs and/or sound recordings of you (“Content”) during the Event at the Venue.
  16. By attending the Event, you confirm that you grant and assign to the Partners all rights (including, without limitation, present and future copyright, performance property rights and all neighbouring rights (including so-called authors’ rights) in and to the Content and give the Partners all consents necessary for the reproduction, exhibition, transmission, broadcast and exploitation of the Content throughout the world in perpetuity and by any and all means and in any and all media now existing or in the future created or discovered, without payment or acknowledgement. The rights shall include, but not be limited to, the right for the Partners to use the Content (including, any dubbed, edited, altered and/or adapted versions of the Content) with or independent of other images, for commercial and/or non-commercial purposes in (including, by way of example only, in publications, exhibitions, advertising, promotional and marketing materials and online). You also agree to unconditionally and irrevocably waive (or otherwise assign to the Partners) the benefits of any provision of law known as “moral rights” in so far as permissible and acknowledge that the Partners does not undertake or guarantee that there shall be any use of or other exploitation of the Content.
  17. We shall have the right to display signs in and around the Venue to remind you that filming may take place during the Event.
  18. You must exit the Venue in accordance with our instruction after the Event. You shall be responsible for their own transport to and from the Venue. You must not drive by yourself from the Venue if you take alcohol during the Event.
  19. We will take reasonable care to ensure that the Event is as described in these Terms. However, events may occur that make the Event taking place impractical or inappropriate due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control. In this situation, we may vary or amend the Event to provide a reasonable alternative and without prior notice to you or if absolutely necessary cancel or postpone the Event, as a result of which we or any Partners shall not be held liable.
