We recommend storing luggage you won’t be using inside the facility, such as large suitcases, in the outdoor lockers.

If you notice a lost item during your visit, please notify the nearest tour staff.
If you realize an item is missing after leaving the Studio Tour, please fill out the required information using the Lost Property Report form (opens in a new tab).
We will search for matching items within 2 business days of receiving your report. If your item is found, we will contact you by email.
Toilet facilities are situated throughout the Studio Tour and Lobby. Baby changing facilities are available in each toilet block. There is also an accessible toilet with space for a disabled person and up to two carers.
Nursery facility is available inside the tour. Please ask a member of staff for assistance.
If you arrive earlier than your allocated time slot, feel free to visit the Frog Cafe or Food Hall in our lobby, where refreshments are available.
*You can enter the studio one hour before your booking time.
Menu options include freshly prepared hot and cold meals such as salads, burgers, pastas, pizza and an assortment of desserts available across the Food Hall and Frog Cafe. During your Studio Tour, you can stop to enjoy a hot meal, sandwich or snack in the Backlot Café, which is located half way through the Studio Tour. Indoor and outdoor seating is available for your comfort whatever the weather.
The Backlot is where you will also have the opportunity to enjoy a frothy Butterbeer; a non-alcoholic beverage reminiscent of shortbread and butterscotch.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo is home to two magical shops, the Studio Shop and Railway Shop, packed full of wizarding world goodies, exclusive ranges and sweet treats.
