TICKET INFORMATION FAQS

Tickets to the Studio Tour can be purchased in advance through our website by selecting your preferred data and time.
Tickets are also available at our ticket office onsite, however, pre-booking is recommended as your preferred admission date and time may be sold out.
You can also purchase tickets through 7-Eleven, either via the in-store Multi-Copy Machine or on the 7ticket website (available in Japanese only). For details on ticket purchases and payment methods, please click here.

WARNING! Only Tickets purchased directly from us or one of our authorised distributors are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.

The Studio Tour offers visitors a unique experience to explore authentic sets, encounter animatronic creatures and discover breathtaking special effects. Along the way, you’ll enjoy interactive activities such as the opportunity to ‘fly’ a broomstick like a member of the cast, step into the crowds of a Quidditch game and become a moving portrait on the walls of Hogwarts.

To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can visit the Studio Tour at any one time. This means that you will need to book into a time slot ahead of your visit. As spaces are limited, we strongly suggest you reserve tickets early.

A charge of ¥1,500 will be applied every time a booking time/date is changed. Please make sure to contact Visitor Services before the original booking time. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

For every disabled visitor with a valid ticket purchased, a free carer ticket will be provided. Please note, as children aged under 4 are entitled to free entry, a free carer ticket cannot be added in this instance. For more information, please visit our Accessibility page.

Guests are requested to enter the Studio Tour within 30 minutes of their designated entry time. If you arrive late, our staff will advise the next available entry time, subject to availability on the day.

However, please note that admission may not be possible in the following circumstances.

(1) If you arrive after the Final Tour start time

If you arrive after the Final Tour start time on your visit date, you may be unable to experience parts of the Studio Tour, or admission may not be possible.

(2) If you hold a ticket with a designated meeting time or usage time

For tickets that include a designated meeting time or usage time, such as Guided Tour, Wand Workshop, and Afternoon Tea packages, late arrival may result in you being unable to participate.

Please also note that refunds, exchanges, or transfers cannot be offered if you are unable to participate due to late arrival.

Tickets can be purchased with a credit or debit card.
For ticket purchases on the our official website, we accept the following payment options: Amex, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, Union Pay, Discover, Diners, Apple Pay* and Google Pay*.
*Only credit cards of the brands listed above can be accepted.

Cash payments are only accepted at our onsite ticket office.
IC payments such as transportation cards, contactless payments such as iD and QUICPay are not currently accepted.

There is no need to print your confirmation email if you would prefer to use your smart phone to show this to us. Please note that if you are travelling by car, you will need your car parking voucher to enter the car park.
