Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets to the Studio Tour must be purchased in advance on our website and cannot be purchased at the attraction. Find out more on our Tickets page.

WARNING! Only Tickets purchased directly from us or one of our authorised distributors are valid for admission. Tickets purchased from unauthorised third parties, including online auction sites, are not valid for entry.

What's included in the ticket price?

The Studio Tour offers visitors a unique experience to explore authentic sets, encounter animatronic creatures and discover breathtaking special effects. Along the way, you’ll enjoy interactive activities such as the opportunity to ‘fly’ a broomstick like a member of the cast, step into the crowds of a Quidditch game and become a moving portrait on the walls of Hogwarts.

Can I book tickets at the attraction? Why do I need to pre-book?

To ensure you have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can visit the Studio Tour at any one time. This means that you will need to book into a time slot ahead of your visit. As spaces are limited, we strongly suggest you reserve tickets early.

Tickets cannot be purchased at the attraction.

Can I purchase additional tickets at the Studio Tour?

All tickets must be purchased in advance on our website, tickets aren’t available at the Studio Tour.

Do you offer refunds?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be changed. All purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

How do I book a carer ticket?

For every disabled visitor with a valid ticket purchased, a free carer ticket will be provided. Please note, as children aged under 4 are entitled to free entry, a free carer ticket cannot be added in this instance. For more information, please visit our Accessibility page.

Can I purchase a ticket at a convenience store?

Tickets can only be purchased through our website.

How much are tickets?

How do I pay for my ticket?

Tickets can only be purchased through our website and we accept credit and debit card payments. When purchasing tickets online, we accept: Amex, Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay, Discover, Diners, JCB and Apple Pay.

What should I do if I have not received my booking confirmation email?

Please contact the Visitor Services team using our online contact form or online chat.

I lost my booking confirmation, can you resend it?

Please contact the Visitor Services team using our online contact form.

Do I need to print my confirmation email or can I show this to you on my smart phone?

There is no need to print your confirmation email if you would prefer to use your smart phone to show this to us. Please note that if you are travelling by car, you will need your car parking voucher to enter the car park.

Can I purchase gift tickets?
