Studio Tour Operating as Usual / Digital Guide Service Temporarily Unavailable
Following a fire that occurred in part of the facility on the evening of September 29, 2026, the fire was quickly extinguished, there were no injuries, and safety has been confirmed. Harry Potter Studio Tour Tokyo will therefore operate as usual.
However, due to this incident, the purchase and use of the Digital Guide service have been temporarily suspended until further notice.
Guests who have already purchased a Digital Guide will receive a refund. Additionally, guests who wish to do so may change the date of their visit, cancel their booking, or request a refund for their Studio Tour ticket.
