Important Notes Regarding Purchases and Tickets

Participation Requirements

• This event is for guests of elementary school age and over. Pre-school children, including infants and toddlers, are not permitted to attend.
• Guests under the age of 20 must attend with a parent, guardian, or accompanying adult aged 20 or over.
• All guests attending or accompanying a guest at the Hogwarts Dinner must purchase a ticket for this event (including carers).
• Bookings are available for groups of 3 to 4 guests only. Bookings for 1 or 2 guests are not available.
• Each group must include at least one adult guest aged 20 or over.
• Each table will be reserved exclusively for one group.

Reservations, Allergy Accommodations and Other Information

• If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please contact visitor.services@wbstudiotour.jp by Tuesday, 17 November 2026, including your reservation number and the name under which the booking was made. We may not be able to accommodate requests received on or after Wednesday, 18 November 2026.
• Immediately after tickets go on sale, high traffic may cause delays in page loading or system errors. Please note that even if you are unable to purchase a ticket due to high demand or other circumstances, we are unable to reserve tickets or provide alternative purchase opportunities at a later date.
• If you wish to change your event date after purchasing your ticket, please contact us by Tuesday, 17 November 2026 via https://www.wbstudiotour.jp/plan-your-visit/help-center/contact-us/. A handling fee of ¥1,500 (incl. tax) will apply. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Event Check-in and Attendance

• Guests holding tickets for the dinner event may enter the Studio Tour on the day of the event between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, prior to event check-in (you will join the same Studio Tour as general visitors). Entry outside of these designated times is not permitted.
• The exclusive Studio Tour after dinner is not included.
• Please ensure that you return to the lobby by the event check-in time (5:30 PM).
• Please use the lockers located inside or outside the venue for your belongings. Locker availability is limited, so please take care if bringing large luggage items.
• If you are travelling by car, please purchase a parking ticket. Please note that alcoholic beverages cannot be served to guests who will be driving.
• The dress code is smart casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear a collared shirt, full-length trousers and shoes. Ladies are requested to wear attire that is not overly revealing. Flip-flops, casual denim and shorts are not permitted.
• Children are not required to wear formal attire; however, we kindly ask that they follow the smart casual dress code where possible.
• Guests are also welcome to attend in Hogwarts robes or costumes inspired by their favourite characters from the Harry Potter films.
