This event is exclusively for guests aged 18 and over.
Guests aged six years and above (Elementary School age and older) may attend Dinner at Hogwarts: A Magical Feast to Share, our family-friendly dinner experience.

Filled with the sparkle of the festive season and the warmth that makes winter in the Wizarding World so unique, Magical Winter offers an unforgettable opportunity to experience the magic of Harry Potter at its most beautiful time of year.

Important Notes Regarding Purchases and Tickets

Participation Requirements

  • This event is for guests aged 18 and over.
  • All guests attending or accompanying a guest at the Hogwarts Dinner must purchase a ticket for this event (including carers).
  • A maximum of four tickets may be purchased per reservation.

Reservations, Allergy Accommodations and Other Information

  • Within one week of purchasing your ticket, we will contact the email address used when making your reservation via events@wbstudiotour.jp to confirm the details to be printed on your place card.
    • Please note that the deadline for responding to this email is Tuesday, 3 November 2026. If you do not receive the email, please contact the Visitor Services Team via the enquiry form or chat service on the official website.
    *Depending on your email provider’s settings, emails from Studio Tour Tokyo may not be delivered. Please ensure that you can receive emails from the domain @wbstudiotour.jp.
  • If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please contact visitor.services@wbstudiotour.jp by Tuesday, 17 November 2026, including your reservation number and the name to be printed on the relevant guest’s place card. We may not be able to accommodate requests received on or after Wednesday, 18 November 2026.
  • Immediately after tickets go on sale, high traffic may cause delays in page loading or system errors. Please note that even if you are unable to purchase a ticket due to high demand or other circumstances, we are unable to reserve tickets or provide alternative purchase opportunities at a later date.
  • If you wish to change your event date after purchasing your ticket, please contact us by Tuesday, 17 November 2026 via https://www.wbstudiotour.jp/en/plan-your-visit/help-center/contact-us/. A handling fee of ¥1,500 (incl. tax) will apply. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.

Event Check-in and Attendance

  • Guests holding tickets for the dinner event may enter the Studio Tour on the day of the event between 12:00 and 15:00, prior to event check-in (you will join the same Studio Tour as general visitors). Entry outside of these designated times is not permitted.
  • Please ensure that you return to the lobby by the event check-in time (16:45).
  • Please use the lockers located inside or outside the venue for your belongings. Locker availability is limited, so please take care if bringing large luggage items.
  • The dress code is smart casual. Guests are requested to dress appropriately for the occasion. Flip-flops, distressed denim and shorts are not permitted.
  • If you are travelling by car, please purchase a parking ticket. Please note that alcoholic beverages cannot be served to guests who will be driving.
  • As the Studio Tour will continue after dinner, we recommend wearing comfortable footwear suitable for walking.
  • Guests are welcome to attend in costumes inspired by the Harry Potter films.
